Most recently, Daniel Huber was interim managing director at the distribution network operator of an energy supply company.

Before that, as interim managing director, he restructured a small, medium-sized company and merged it with an affiliated company. This included an impairment analysis, relocation of production, IT and CRM transition and the sale of a sub-area as an asset deal.

In previous projects, he has managed various companies operationally, relocated production to China, the Czech Republic and Brazil and restructured companies worldwide.

He has optimized sales processes and organizations and selected and implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

In the technology sector, he has initiated and steered product developments (Industry 4.0/Industrial Internet of Things).
